Hi, my name is Whitney Henson and I am a quantum, holistic Doula and Birth birth keeper. I believe in transformative, undisturbed and physiological birth. Each birth is a journey that should belong to you, your partner and your baby. The birth journey is a divine one, and should be treated as a true transformation of mind, body and soul. I am currently only accepting home births as I make the transition into a homebirth midwife role.

Experience blissful relaxation, balance, restoration, healing on a cellular level and peace with crystal singing bowls pitched to each of our chakra energy centers and 432 hz frequency. I offer group sessions (see scheduling options) or individual sessions. Each session is roughly an hour long. The angelic sound of these bowls puts you into a meditative state allowing your body to focus on healing. The vibration of the bowls stimulates circulation which improves lymphatic flow, muscle relaxation, lowers systolic blood pressure, reduce stress, tension, anger, and anxiety.

Belly binding has been used for many years for its ability to help the pelvic floor recover, heal diastasis recti, assist the uterus in returning to its normal size, move internal organs back to their original location, plus many more benefits.
This is an add on service. Price will range from $35- $125 depending on your needs.
